Well, to get straight to the science, the principle of non-invasive neuromodulation is to focus ultrasound waves into a region in the brain so that they all gather in a small spot. Abbreviation - ELF. Two years later, Dr. Allan Frey, a bio-physics researcher conducting studies at General Electrics Advanced Electronics Center at Cornell University (and a contractor for the U.S. Office of Naval Research), published a technical note in Aerospace Medicine reporting that the human auditory system responds to electromagnetic energy in at least a portion of the radio frequency (RF) spectrum. sine-wave current could apparently be used safely for these limited schedules of stimulation. Following the nightmarish operation, Dr. Peter Breggin of the Center to Study Psychiatry, an ombudsman of psychiatric abuses, investigated Killes case and founddespite Marks and Ervins reports of therapeutic successthat the post-op patient was totally disabled and subject to nightmarish terrors that he will be caught and operated on again at the Massachusetts General Hospital.. 2023 Scientific American, a Division of Springer Nature America, Inc. Because of the. Active Denial technology frequencies are included in the 5G platform. } The Lilly Wave called a balanced bidirectional pulse pair found by John Cunningham Lilly is a carrier waveform that bypasses the minds subconscious defence systems. .goog-te-banner-frame { "We didn't suspect any effect on EEG [after switching off the phone]. Measured at 2 percent of the peak, the duration of the positive pulse (upward) is 34 sec, and the duration of the negative pulse (downward) is 28 sec. Among practical applications of auditory stimulation, Frey proposed stimulating the nervous system without the damage caused by electrodes. Attracting the attention of CIA and DOD officials, Freys work with microwaves had obvious uses in covert military operations. Another role of politicians should be to provide a communication platform to explain the long vision of any given area of research. $17 trillion Dollars is the figure said to be available for the roll out of this technology. Either way, our job is to find something that is beneficial to humanity. Extremely low frequency (ELF) is the ITU designation for electromagnetic radiation (radio waves) with frequencies from 3 to 30 Hz, and corresponding wavelengths from 100,000 to 10,000 kilometers.ELF waves can also penetrate significant distances into earth or rock, and "through-the-earth" underground Well, to get straight to the science, the principle of non-invasive neuromodulation is to focus ultrasound waves into a region in the brain so that they all gather in a small spot. Most sources of electromagnetic radiation are benign, having little effect on the human body, however great concern should be given to lower spectrum as research has shown ULF, ELF, and VLF radio signals can negatively influence your health. The truth is that we still dont know how the process works. stimulation. In this interview, conducted as part of the World Economic Forums annual gathering in the Middle East of scientists, government and business, he tells us more about this growing field of research. RF-mind-control testing became a military prioritya simple, pulsed microwave beam outperformed drugs, ECT, torture and brain surgery as a means of behavior modification. The State Department elected to keep the so-called Moscow Signal a secret from American Embassy employeesand studied the side-effects of the radiation instead. Croft, for example, argues that the alpha wave is really regulating the shift of attention between external and internal inputs. It has been monitored via oscilloscopes connected to homes A/C ground and neutral of power lines. If you want to get rid of neurons that have gone wild, for example in epilepsy, then you might want to crank up the energy to essentially kill them. Since 4G (microwave) was implemented in 2010 we have had a major decline in health. Out of these, the cookies that are categorized as necessary are stored on your browser as they are essential for the working of basic functionalities of the website. 2022 FOX News Network, LLC. Specially designed to shield the head from frequencies from below AM through microwave, including cellular phone frequencies. Nikola Tesla. Most of the waking hours of the human adults are spent in the beta state. Then they discovered that they could use these same waves on human beings. Back in 1956, geophysicists R. E. Holzer and O. E. Deal, detected naturally occurring electromagnetic signals in the auditory range that were produced by thunderstorms. In one experiment, for instance, he synchronized pulsed microwaves with the myocardial rhythm of a frog, whereupon its heart stopped. However, it is imperative to understand that if the wave is not bi-phasic it will result in damage to the brains neurons and cause what is termed, brain damage. By the late 1960s, CIA scientists had achieved direct communication between brain and computer, and had demonstrated in the laboratory that computer-assisted automatic learning was possible by pinpointing neuron clusters in the brain with radio signals. } It can be used to transmit mind control via ultrasonic (1 10 MHz) and electromagnetic wavelengths (600m to 1e-15m). Buy Book Targeted Individuals, Mind Control, Directed Energy Weapons: Untouched Torture, Misshape Human Body, Nano Psychotronics Weapons. U.S. Government Mind Control Experiments Hypnosis, LSD, and the Unabomber. The Scientist: John C. Lilly This website uses cookies to improve your experience. The 2018 article titled Mind Control using sound waves was memory-holed by the globalist organization after receiving renewed attention recently. The Lilly Wave Product Description. You also have the option to opt-out of these cookies. Doctor Jos Delgadowhose current work with radio waves was underwritten by the CIA and Navybelieved scientists could transform, shape, direct and robotize humankind. Its all about staying within a given set of rules. Officially scalar waves are denied by ignorant physicists but in secret they are used, for example in the HAARP facility." Alpha waves have a frequency ranging from 8 to 14 Hz and are associated with a state of vigilant but relaxed mind. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- In short, the Lilly Wave is best described as a targeted resonance of the brains molecules. WebMind-Control Experiments. In simple terms, covert mind control. The data showed that when the cell phone was transmitting, the power of a characteristic brain-wave pattern called alpha waves in the person's brain was boosted significantly. A computer controlled the phone's transmissions in a double-blind experimental design, which meant that neither the test subject nor researchers knew whether the cell phone was transmitting or idle while EEG data were collected. The water molecules within the brain can be made to resonate at a desired frequency, this causes the electrons that comprise the brains electrical voltages to also resonate at that same frequency. But in the long term, the public should have the potential benefits of a new technology explained to them in plain words, which is something that scientists are not necessarily good at. Product Description. Specially designed to shield the head from frequencies from below AM through microwave, including cellular phone frequencies. The Lilly Wave frequency will mostly be in the extremely low and sometimes in the ultra low frequency range, but they are complicated as they need to interact with certain brain molecules which have a resonant frequency of their own. "This was a completely unexpected finding," Horne told me. They turn me up or turn me down, Kille insisted. WebElectronic harassment is the purported use of electromagnetic waves to harass, terrorize or Mind Control a victim. U.S. Government Mind Control Experiments Hypnosis, LSD, and the Unabomber. [1], It is not the case that only the brains water molecules can be entrained, it is also true of the blood sugar. All do it invisibly over thousands of miles. An attack direct to the water molecules is by far the best method to achieve the desired aims. If the U.S. government plans to do the thinking for all Americans, the days of freedom, liberty and justiceand human identity itselfappear to be numbered. Mind Control: How EEG Devices Will Read Your Brain Waves And Change Your World The Invention That's Making Mind Reading Easier Than Ever By Betsy Isaacson Nov 20, 2012, 10:13 AM EST True facts: Every time you have a thought or feeling, your brain produces weak but distinct electrical signals corresponding to that thought or feeling. Behaviour Change Recalls Dr. Milton Zaret, a leading microwave scientist later recruited by Pandora, a code-named CIA project for the study of radio-frequency-directed brain response, The CIA inquired whether I thought electromagnetic radiation beamed at the brain from a distance could affect the way a person might act, and if microwaves could be used to facilitate brainwashing or to break down prisoners under investigation.. Hearing Voices, Alex Constantine, Hustler, January 1995. The goal is to make sure that regulation prevents the latter, without impeding the former. The Lilly Wave called a balanced bidirectional pulse pair found by John Cunningham Lilly is a carrier waveform that bypasses the minds subconscious defence systems. This is the third step in the Blue Beam Project that goes along with the telepathic and electronically augmented two-way communication where ELF, VLF and LF waves will reach each person from within his or her own mind, from the Smart grid technology, convincing each of them that their own god is speaking to them from the very depths of their own soul. Nikola Tesla. Abbreviation - ELF. border: none !important; My guess is that most objections will be similar to those we hear today about subliminal messages in advertisements, only much more vehement. Meditation or Exercise. These brainwaves reflect a person's state of arousal and attention. WebMind-Control Experiments. With each sweep, the subject heard the radio frequency sound for a few seconds and reported it. Kille was a co-inventor of the Land camera, named for Edwin Land of the Polaroid Corporation. Some of us will go as far as we can get away with. In the Grid Room, an involuntary subject would be strapped into a chair, by force if necessary. This tech can be beamed from planes and helicopters and stand alone vehicles. Sign up to get unfiltered news delivered straight to your inbox. Officially scalar waves are denied by ignorant physicists but in secret they are used, for example in the HAARP facility." This new wave form was called a balanced bidirectional pulse pair, or the Lilly Wave. All rights reserved. Extremely low frequency (ELF) is the ITU designation for electromagnetic radiation (radio waves) with frequencies from 3 to 30 Hz, and corresponding wavelengths from 100,000 to 10,000 kilometers.ELF waves can also penetrate significant distances into earth or rock, and "through-the-earth" underground Alpha waves fluctuate at a rate of eight to 12 cycles per second (Hertz). Regular meditation has been shown to increase alpha waves your relaxation brain waves and reduce beta waves the brain waves of active thought and learning. Plan to Sedate the Populations and Microwave Technology } Thats why its most commonly recommended for reducing stress. Although a cell phone is much less powerful than TMS, the question still remains: Could the electrical signals coming from a phone affect certain brainwaves operating in resonance with cell phone transmission frequencies? Lilly Wave Mind Control Broadcasted in Homes Wall AC DC Outlets ISRAEL is Behind Deadly 5G Technology & The Extermination of Planet Earth Video Controlling human behavior by remote radio transmission isnt science fictionits a fact. De-patterningthe systematic annihilation of a subjects mind and memorywas accomplished at Allan Memorial with heavy doses of LSD, barbiturate-induced comas lasting up to 65 days and electroconvulsive therapy administered at 75 times the customary dose for psychiatric therapy. One of the many difficulties is to know for sure that we are indeed controlling neurons with these sound waves, as opposed to damaging them. Download the Lilly Wave. Microscopic studies of brains stimulated with this balanced pulse pair showed that there was no injury of the neuronal networks from this kind Waveform of stimulating current : pulse pairs of current resulting from quasi-differentiation, with passive electrical elements, of a rectangular pulse. Ground-Breaking 5G Tech Created In Tel Aviv WebMind-Control Experiments. These signals entrain brainwaves into a high-beta state, which causes aggression and stress, or an alpha level that induces hypnotic states and muddled thinking. Controlling the brain with sound waves: how does it work? When someone has the balls to write a Upton Sinclairs Jungle piece with actual proof of this technology it will be interesting to see the public reaction. The previous wave forms used in neurophysiology and in neurosurgery injured the neurons when unidirectional current passed through the brain. Controlling human behavior by remote radio transmission isnt science fictionits a fact. Regular meditation has been shown to increase alpha waves your relaxation brain waves and reduce beta waves the brain waves of active thought and learning.
