I went here for a bachelorette party and got an acrylic set and about two days later two of the nails broke off while I was taking off a pair of gloves at work, now they did fix them for free but then a day later another nail broke while I was work so I went somewhere else to fix it. And then you tell me the bar is closed, and proceeded to deliver wine next to somebody across from me, I will never be back but I will let corporate know. I live in Va Beach and drive out to the Greenbrier area just have my nails … I purchased the basic pedicure and can appreciate a timely service but everything felt very rushed, only about 10 seconds of scrub, 10 seconds of massage.. it all went so quickly as if they just wanted me out of the salon as soon as possible. My mom and sister both got a gel fill and their nails turned out beautiful (why I gave them a 3 vs 2), however I got a gel manicure on my natural nails (which I get every two weeks). Your nails and cuticles will be tamed & beautiful. I'm very pleased with the experience. I was ecstatic to see that a location was opening up in the Falls. Now onto my manicure. The gel polish is cured with an LED light and the nails are instantly dry!
